Dr Tidwell attended dental school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. After completing his five year commitment to the United States Army and retiring at the grade of major, he completed his surgical training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
